Arthur Hector Fernandez, 29, was arrested in Texas after being linked to videos from the dark web depicting group sexual assault on toddlers in a mall.

The FBI was contacted by the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation, sharing four videos from the dark web.

Fernandez was recognized by a relative of one of the children in the videos, and evidence suggests the abuse occurred in a public restroom. (Trending: GOP Rep. Mace Clashes Directly With Hunter Biden At Hearing)

The evidence against him is described as “overwhelming and revolting.”

Fernandez has been charged with the sexual exploitation of children and is currently in federal custody.

The Judge wrote, “The evidence in this case is overwhelming and revolting.”

“I cannot allow (him) to abuse any other minors and there are no conditions or combination of conditions that can alleviate a danger to the community. This is not a close call,” they continued.
