Newly released video from a Capitol rioter shows a confrontation between Republican members of Congress and rioters trying to breach the main door into the U.S. House of Representatives chamber on Jan. 6.

The video, introduced as evidence ahead of the Damon Beckley’s sentencing, depicts the tense exchange as rioters attempted to force their way inside.

Rep. Troy Nehls, said, “You ought to be ashamed of yourself!”

“We’re coming in one way or another!” a rioter responded.

“I’ve been in law enforcement in Texas for 30 years, and I’ve never had people act this way,” Rep. Nehls continued.

“I’m ashamed!” exclaimed the Texas Republican.

Months after the incident, Rep. Nehls, said, “I am going to stay right here with my brothers and sisters in blue. I had my Texas mask on, and he looked at me through that broken glass and he said, ‘You’re from Texas, you should be with us,’ and at that point, I said, ‘No, sir, I cannot support what you’re doing, this is criminal.’”

The video also captures rioters making threatening statements and expressing frustration with the election outcome.

“I drove 14 hours to get here and stood in the cold for three and a half hours to find out that Mike Pence is a f—— traitor, man. And I voted for that f—— dude,” said Beckley.

“He could’ve done the right thing and certified those legislators, electors, and we wouldn’t be standing here with a 9 mm pointed at me right now!” he continued.

“We’re real American citizens, and we’re sick of this,” added another rioter.

“We’re making it known that we’re sick of it,” they exclaimed.

“They can only kill so many of us,” emphasized another rioter.
