Former pro wrestler and congressional candidate Daniel Rodimer turned himself in to Las Vegas police after a warrant was issued connecting him to a November killing.

Rodimer is accused of confronting 47-year-old Christopher Tapp in a hotel bathroom over alleged drug offers made to Rodimer’s stepdaughter at a party.

“Mr. Rodimer is voluntarily surrendering to authorities and will post a court ordered bail,” attorney Richard Schonfeld wrote. “He intends on vigorously contesting the allegations and asks that the presumption of innocence guaranteed all Americans be respected.”

A witness said Rodimer punched Tapp, and two loud bangs were heard followed by Rodimer saying he would kill Tapp if he spoke to his daughter again.

Rodimer was booked and posted $200k bail, maintaining his innocence and right to presumption of innocence.

He had twice unsuccessfully run for Congress with endorsements from Donald Trump.
