NFL running back Marshawn Lynch is facing multiple charges, including DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to stay in his lane, and failure to surrender.

Bodycam video shows the 36-year-old was arrested in Las Vegas and taken into custody after police found him asleep behind the wheel of a Shelby GT500. Lynch also says he stole the car while appearing to be intoxicated, according to CBS sports.

Officers noted that Lynch’s car was in an “undriveable condition” because it was missing a front wheel on the driver’s side of the car.

Moreover, the front tire on the passenger side had also almost fallen off.

“What is the problem?” Lynch asks on the police bodycam. “The car’s not on, the car’s not going.” WATCH:

Officers “observed a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle, his person and his breath along with bloodshot, watery eyes,” according to the police report.

Lynch’s bail was set at $3,381 and he has a court date scheduled for December.

“Marshawn was not pulled over for a DUI,” the attorneys said, via the Seattle Times. “Rather the vehicle was safely parked and not in operation. We are confident that when all evidence is presented, this will not be a DUI under Nevada law. Marshawn appreciates and is thankful for everyone’s concern and support.”

Officers eventually removed Lynch from the car and placed him under arrest.

Lynch is now facing a total of four charges from the arrest, …

Despite those observations from police, Lynch “stated that he was not drinking and he does not do drugs,” according to the report. The former NFL running back also noted that “he stole the vehicle,” according to the police report.

One of the officers involved in the arrest was wearing a body cam and you can see some of that footage below. In the video, you can hear Lynch ask why he’s in trouble.
