PHOTOS: Boxing Legend Mike Tyson Spotted in Wheelchair At Miami Airport

Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson said last month that he believes he’s going to die “really soon.”

Tyson made the comment to therapist Sean McFarland, who specializes in trauma and addiction, while speaking on his podcast called “Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson.”

Tyson says he believes his “expiration date is coming close.” Fast-forward just two weeks, Tyson was spotted in a wheelchair at Miami International Airport while taking photos with fans.

He reportedly has been dealing with a “sciatica flare-up” in his back.

Many people have been outspoken about the fact Tyson, who is just 56 years old, isn’t looking good.

He’s also seen holding a large walking stick in his lap.

“We’re all gonna die one day of course,” Tyson said. “Then, when I look in the mirror, I see those little spots on my face, I say, ‘Wow. That means my expiration date is coming close, really soon.’ ”

“Money don’t mean s–t to me,” Tyson said. Watch the clip below:

“I always tell people — they think money’s gonna make them happy, they’ve never had money before — when you have a lot of money, you can’t expect nobody to love you. How am I gonna confess my love to you when you have $500 billion?” he said.

“The false sense of security. You believe nothing can happen. You don’t believe the banks could collapse. You believe that you’re invincible when you have a lot of money, which isn’t true. That’s why I always say money is a false sense of security.”

“What is security?” he asked. “I don’t know.”

“When you put money in your bank and you get a check every week and you can live for the rest of your life, is that security? That means you won’t catch a disease, you can’t get hit by a car? You can’t jump off a bridge.”

“I don’t know. Is that security? Can money secure you from that?” he said.

Tyson’s latest outing — when he was assisted in a wheelchair by an airport employee — came exactly three weeks after he was seen moving gingerly while out in New York City.

The boxing legend was filmed making his way from a car to his hotel room, using what appeared to be the same walking stick he held in Miami.

At the time, TMZ reported that it was “nothing serious. Just an occupational hazard for an athlete like Mike.”
