Watch: Biden Inadvertently Admits What’s Happened to America Since He Took Office

In a surprising turn of events, Joe Biden let the truth slip out during a recent address.

Since Biden took office, inflation has been skyrocketing and Americans have been struggling to afford the basic necessities.

“I know many Americans are still struggling to make it through each and every day,” Biden said.

“For too many, it’s harder and harder to pay the bills, food, gas, rent, health care,” he added.

Inflation has hit record-setting rates in July and June, according to The Wall Street Journal.

The consumer price index rose a seasonally adjusted 0.3 percent from August to July.

This was followed by a 0.5 percent increase in July and a 0.9 percent increase in June.

In the past two months of August and September, inflation is still rising, but at a slower pace than the previous record-setting months.

Grocery giant Kroger Co. said it expects prices to continue to increase another 2 to 3 percent by the end of the year, according to Fox News.

This is occurring because companies like Kroger are incurring higher costs themselves and they are “passing along higher cost to the customer where it makes sense to do so,” according to Kroger CEO Gary Millerchip.

The Biden administration refuses to take any responsibility and instead blames capitalism.

The Biden admin says supply-chain disruptions due to COVID-19 and a lack of competition in meat processing have caused the increases.

As Americans struggle to afford basic necessities like groceries and gas, President Donald Trump says Biden’s devastating impact on the economy is one of the top five reasons why he should “resign in disgrace.”

“It is time for Joe Biden to resign in disgrace for what he has allowed to happen to Afghanistan, along with the tremendous surge in COVID, the Border catastrophe, the destruction of energy independence, and our crippled economy,” Trump said.

Trump released a statement over the situation in Afghanistan: “Joe Biden gets it wrong every time on foreign policy, and many other issues. Everyone knew he couldn’t handle the pressure. Even Obama’s Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates, said as much.”

“He ran out of Afghanistan instead of following the plan our Administration left for him — a plan that protected our people and our property, and ensured the Taliban would never dream of taking our Embassy or providing a base for new attacks against America. The withdrawal would be guided by facts on the ground.”

“After I took out ISIS, I established a credible deterrent. That deterrent is now gone. The Taliban no longer has fear or respect for America, or America’s power.”

Trump concluded, “What a disgrace it will be when the Taliban raises their flag over America’s Embassy in Kabul. This is complete failure through weakness, incompetence, and total strategic incoherence.”

Leave it to Democrats to blame capitalism for their own shortcomings.

While there are certainly multiple factors leading to increased inflation, the Biden administration’s economic incompetence is one of them.

In March, Biden signed a $1.9 trillion COVID relief bill that included direct payments to Americans and $300 per week unemployment boosts, CNBC reported. When you artificially insert billions of dollars into the economy like that, they start to become worthless.

Yet even as Biden admits Americans are struggling, he remains blind to his role in the problem. According to Reuters, Biden said Thursday that he is hopeful and confident Congress will pass both his $3.5 trillion spending bill and $1 trillion infrastructure bill.

Biden is absolutely right — Americans are struggling to afford many necessities. He just doesn’t realize that to solve the problem, he needs to look in the mirror.
