Famed Legal Scholar Reveals How To Expose Biden

Constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley, who is a professor at George Washington University Law School, says an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden would likely reveal his private communications sent using fake alias email addresses.

The White House is currently using “executive privilege” to hide correspondence related to Joe and Hunter’s illegal international bribery scheme.

The Biden family is accused of raking in millions in bribes by abusing political power, peddling their influence, and putting the U.S. government on sale.

Turley argued that Biden can prove that there is an innocent explanation for his use of fake aliases by allowing Congress to view the emails.

Given the evidence of corruption and influence peddling, many Americans believe the emails must be reviewed.

Specifically, there is a bombshell email from Biden’s alias “Robert L. Peters” in 2016 that may ultimately end his career.

The email was sent to his son Hunter Biden about Ukraine and includes an attachment with his schedule at the time. Then-vice president Biden’s schedule showed he spoke by phone to then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.

A lawsuit was filed by the Southeastern Legal Foundation to compel the National Archives to turn over the emails containing Joe Biden’s fake alias “Robert Peters.”

Biden’s email aliases, which included “Robert Peters,” “Robin Ware,” and “JRB Ware,” were used to share government information and discuss business with Hunter Biden and associates. Republicans have discovered roughly 5,400 emails and records pertaining to Biden’s email aliases.

Under the Presidential Records Act, former President Barack Obama and Joe Biden have 30 days to block the release of the emails. House Republicans demanded that the National Archives release the records on August 17.

The agency replied by noting that Biden and Obama must approve the request, something Turley pointed out they could “easily” do.

Turley explained that without an impeachment inquiry, Obama and Biden are likely to block the disclosure of the emails, furthering “an already strong case” for the need to launch an impeachment inquiry.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy conveyed that an impeachment inquiry could be launched as soon as late September. If House Republicans move forward with an impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden, the process would come from a formal vote on the floor of the House.

Not all Republicans are in favor of an inquiry. Some like Rep. Ken Buck have voiced opposition to it. But Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene asked, “If you can’t be there for impeachment on Joe Biden after all the damning information that is coming out and continues to come, then what do you think draining the swamp actually means?

They either should step down from the Judiciary Committee or remove themselves because they’re standing in the way of real justice for the American people.”
