Joe Biden Decides Whether He’ll Wear A Mask Again (It’s Embarrassing)

President Joe Biden has resumed wearing masks indoors despite being quadruple vaccinated.

The country has recently seen an increase in cases related to a “new variant.” First Lady Jill Biden has also tested positive for the virus.

Biden’s critics say this is another example showing that he is weak and unfit for office. The most rigorous and comprehensive scientific studies published on the efficacy of masks show they do not reduce the spread of respiratory illness, including COVID-19.

CNN as well as former White House chief medical advisor Anthony Fauci have admitted to the negligible impact of masks.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre announced on Tuesday that President Biden had tested negative for COVID-19 on two consecutive occasions. He remains asymptomatic but has chosen to wear masks indoors as a preventive measure.

This decision comes in spite of studies, including one from the Cochrane Library, indicating that medical or surgical masks have limited effectiveness in preventing influenza-like illness or COVID-19-like illness.

The Cochrane study also highlighted uncertainty regarding the effectiveness of N95/P2 respirators compared to medical/surgical masks in preventing clinical respiratory illness.

Dr. Anthony Fauci’s email from February 5, 2020 to former U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Burwell revealed that masks primarily serve to prevent infected individuals from spreading the virus rather than protecting uninfected individuals.

Fauci also mentioned that typical store-bought masks may offer minimal protection against viruses due to their small size. He discouraged mask-wearing in low-risk settings, emphasizing the importance of investing in diagnostics and vaccines.

Despite this information, President Biden is opting to wear masks indoors in alignment with CDC guidance. He will remove the mask when maintaining sufficient distance from others, both indoors and outdoors.

President Biden’s decision to resume wearing masks is in light of his past vaccine-related misinformation, including assertions that he and his wife were immune to the virus and incapable of transmitting it.

During a CNN town hall event in July 2021, President Biden confidently declared, “You’re not going to get COVID if you have these vaccinations.”

However, this was proven false in the months that followed, as it became evident that vaccinated individuals could still contract and transmit the illness.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, former NIAID Director and White House chief medical adviser, agreed that masks have severely limited effectiveness.

Without evidence, Fauci has attempted to claim masks provide potential advantages on an individual level, but not on a population level. This is Fauci’s unscientific personal view, which contradicts the findings of the Cochrane study.

Fauci said, “When you look at it from a broad population level, as the Cochrane study did, the data appear less conclusive regarding their impact on the overall pandemic. However, our focus here is on an individual’s capacity to enhance their own safety, which presents a somewhat different perspective than the broader population level.”
