IRS Whistleblower’s Handwritten Notes Released, It’s A Bombshell

The personal handwritten notes of IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley have been released following his bombshell testimony against Joe and Hunter Biden.

Shapley says he witnessed firsthand how the Biden administration was influencing an investigation into the criminal activity of Hunter Biden.

As an IRS senior supervisory agent, Shapley told Congress that the Biden family illegally received over $17 million from foreign nationals in China, Ukraine, and Romania.

On Oct. 7, 2022, U.S. Special Counsel David Weiss admitted to Shapley that he was not the “deciding official on whether charges are filed” against the first son.

Shapely took notes at the meeting. “Weiss stated — He is not the deciding person,” Shapely wrote on October 7th.

Weiss claimed that he could not bring charges because it required approval from Joe Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland.

Shapley wrote in his notes that Weiss requested jurisdiction in order to file charges, but he was denied.

“USA CA — [Martin] Estrada in charge of authorizing these charges in that jurisdiction,” Shapley noted. “Weiss requested Special Counsel status in D.C. + Main DOJ said ‘no’ — follow the process.”

Martin Estrada, a Biden nominee, is accused of blocking Weiss from bringing charges against Hunter in the Central District of California.

This fact has been independently corroborated by numerous major media outlets.
