In a recent media briefing alongside the Brazilian President, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, commonly known as “Lula,” U.S. president Biden left the stage abruptly without extending a handshake.
Lula’s response to being snubbed took the internet by storm.
The reason for the event was the United Nations General Assembly in New York, the two leaders launched the “Partnership for Worker’s Rights,” a collaboration between the United States and Brazil aimed at advancing workers’ rights globally. (Trending: Proof That Joe Biden Took Bribes)

In the viral video, Lula dramatically turned away in apparent disappointment.
