Joe Biden Does the Unthinkable For Ukraine

President Joe Biden says he’s “determined” to get more U.S. financial aid sent to Ukraine for the ongoing war with Russia.

The Biden Administration has already sent or approved a staggering $113 billion in taxpayer dollars to Ukraine. Due to a poor audit of the funds, it’s speculated that a significant portion of the funds have been misused.

The never-ending financial aid to Ukraine with U.S. tax dollars has become a controversial political topic. Meanwhile, the U.S. is facing a number of its own crises, including an unprecedented surge of illegals at the southern border and the deadliest wildfires in U.S. history in Maui.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy is visiting the U.S. in hopes of gaining more financial support.

“I’m counting on the good judgment of the United States Congress. There’s no alternative,” Biden said.

“The people of Ukraine have shown enormous bravery, enormous bravery, that has inspired the world,” Biden continued. “Together with our partners and our allies, the American people are determined to see to it that we do all we can to ensure the world stands with you.”

Biden said he was authorizing $325 million in additional security aid and that next week.

Zelenskiy called the move “a very powerful package.”

“It has exactly what our soldiers need now,” he added.

During an appearance on Fox News, Republican Senator Josh Hawley of Missouri slammed the Biden administration’s approach to funding Ukraine. Hawley argued Democrats want Americans “writing checks to Ukraine” forever.

“[A]t some point, the American people will have their say on this and four more years of Biden, without a doubt, means four more years of war for the United States,” host Laura Ingraham said.

“Is that what Americans want — four more years of war?” she asked.

“No, it’s not what they want,” the Missouri Republican U.S. Senator replied.

“It’s not what they need. Here’s what I heard just today, Laura. I heard briefed by the administration that this newest request for $24 billion more, more U.S. dollars,” Hawley continued.

“It’s not the end. It’s not even close to the end. They want us to be writing checks to Ukraine direct to their government, forever,” he added.

“Year after year, hundreds of billions of dollars. That is ridiculous, for what?” he asked.

“What’s the strategy? What’s the endgame? They don’t have one,” Hawley explained.

“It is nothing but nation-building. It is nothing but in failing to invest in the United States. Laura, we have to stop this. It’s crazy.”
