Donald Trump Responds To Decision By New York Judge

A New York judge, Arthur Engoron, has ruled against Donald Trump and his company in a politically motivated civil lawsuit filed by far-left New York Attorney General Letitia James.

The judge found Trump and his company guilty of committing fraud over several years during the construction of his real estate empire.

The ruling stated that Trump deceived banks, insurers, and others by inflating asset values and exaggerating his net worth in documents used for deals and loans. (Trending: Biden Breaks Texas Town’s All-Time Record)

Judge Engoron imposed penalties, including the rescinding of certain business licenses, making it challenging for Trump’s companies to operate in New York. Unless successfully appealed, the order would keep Trump from decision-making authority over key properties in the state.

Donald Trump posted on social media. “Today’s Ruling about a Company that has done a magnificent job for New York State fails to acknowledge the fact that Murder and all other forms of Violent Crime have reached record levels in New York State,” Trump began.

“Can you imagine ruling against me for having done business perfectly, and yet letting people go on a rampage on the sidewalks of New York?” Trump asked. (Trending: 8 Undeniable Facts About Joe Biden)

“This is the Judicial conduct that is forcing thousands of companies to flee New York for other environs, while virtually nobody comes back to the City or State. A very sad Day for the New York State System of Justice!” Trump added.

Eric Trump also responded, “Today, I lost all faith in the New York legal system.”

“Never before have I seen such hatred toward one person by a judge – a coordinated effort with the Attorney General to destroy a man’s life, company and their worth,” Eric added.

“We have run an exceptional company – never missing a loan payment, making banks hundreds of millions of dollars, developing some of the most iconic assets in the world. Yet today, the persecution of our family continues.” (Trending: Joe Biden’s Legacy, A Closer Look)

“In an attempt to destroy my father, a Judge in New York just ruled that Mar-a-Lago, in Palm Beach Florida (seen below) is worth approximate ‘$18 Million dollars’ (Mar-a-Lago is speculated to be worth over a billion making it arguably the most valuable residential property in the country). It is all so coordinated and corrupt.”
