Trump Fraud Case: Democrat Judge, Democrat Prosecutor, Democrat City

In a case brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James, far-left Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron ruled against former President Donald Trump, two of his sons, and two employees.

The judge convicted them of committing fraud in the civil case.

Engoron issued a rare summary judgment, agreeing with accusations that Trump inflated the values of his real estate properties to obtain loans, as claimed by Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen. (Trending: Democrat Hoax Unmasked In Brilliant Takedown)

The judge sanctioned Trump’s attorneys, fining them $7,500 each for filing what he deemed frivolous motions. Critics highlighted the judge’s claim that Trump overestimated the value of Mar-a-Lago as seemingly absurd.

The judge, relying on a Palm Beach County assessor’s estimate, disregarded alternative valuations and ruled against Trump in a $250 million civil damages case.

Eric Trump claimed collateral damage and said, “The only reason I am collateral damage is because my last name is Trump.”

The ruling requires Trump to give up business certificates and forfeit profits from real estate transactions. (Trending: Illegal Alien Arrested For Disturbing Crime After Biden Release)

In 2018, Letitia James campaigned on promises to hold Trump accountable, making New York the “most important” jurisdiction for such efforts, according to The Washington Post.

Eric Trump responded to the ruling by saying, “In an attempt to destroy my father and kick him out of New York, a Judge just ruled that Mar-a-Lago, in Palm Beach Florida, is only worth approximate ‘$18 Million dollars.'”

“Mar-a-Lago is speculated to be worth well over a billion dollars making it arguably the most valuable residential property in the country. It is all so corrupt and coordinated,” he added. (Trending: Democrat Abruptly Leaves Party, Joins GOP)

Neighboring homes near Trump sit on 0.28-0.89 acres and are worth $18-40 million.

Mar-a-Lago, the 20-acre property in the middle, is 20 to 70 times larger than neighboring homes and is worth nearly a one billion.

However, a politically motivated court and Democrat judge ruled it is only worth $18 million, which is completely illogical and indefensible.
