President Joe Biden left viewers questioning his clarity of mind yet again, following a recent interaction with reporters.

After struggling through answers for a brief period, Biden’s handlers sent the reporters on their way.

It seemed the President was attempting to sound up-to-date on the state of the tech-world following his Wednesday meeting with the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology.

Biden met with the Council in San Fransisco after a 12 minute walk-around with autoworkers in Michigan on Tuesday.

Things got particularly interesting when the 46th President stated that if an agreement can’t be made by Republican lawmakers on the stopgap funding bill, cancer research would be at stake. (Trending: Illegal Alien Arrested For Disturbing Crime After Biden Release)

“If we have a government shutdown, a lot of vital work in science and health could be impacted – from cancer research, to food safety,” Biden remarked.

“So the American people need our Republican friends in the House of Representatives to do their job: fund the government.”

After multiple reporters tried asking questions, the President simply looked around blankly, at which point his handlers sent the reporters on their way. (Trending: Democrat Abruptly Leaves Party, Joins GOP)

“I don’t think anything is inevitable in politics,” he said.
