New York Attorney General Letitia James’s lawsuit against former President Donald Trump and family is proving to be a major threat to the billionaire’s net worth.

If lost, the lawsuit would likely strip Trump of highly valued properties.

The judge, Justice Arthur Engoron, has made a claim stating that Trump’s Mar-A-Lago resort is worth $400 million less than Trump reported. (Trending: Democrat Hoax Unmasked In Brilliant Takedown)

The former President’s son Eric Trump expressed his anger over the ruling on X.

Many have sided with the Trump family, as an $18 million valuation is extremely low when compared to other beachfront properties.

Some have taken to social media to show the difference in property valuations in comparison to Trump’s resort.

One particular property was highlighted, currently valued at roughly double what Engoron claimed Mar-A-Lago is worth, despite being about 1/40th the size. (Trending: Illegal Alien Arrested For Disturbing Crime After Biden Release)

Eric Trump went on to post additional Palm Beach listings in order to prove his point.

“These homes are about 1/30 the size of Mar-a-Lago, not on the beach (let alone the beach and intercostal), don’t span from once side of the Palm Beach Island to the other…it is a travesty of justice and embarrassment to the court,” he wrote in response to Engoron’s ruling that the resort is actually valued between $18-27 million. The rulings have come as a part of New York Attorney General Letitia James’s lawsuit alleging Trump and his son of more than 10 years of fraudulent activity.
