TV Star Jacky Oh Dies Suddenly at 32

MTV star Jacky Oh suddenly died at the age of 32.

She was widely known as a cast member of the show “Wild ‘n Out” as well as a YouTube sensation dubbed “DC Young Fly, Ms Jacky Oh!”

Jacky Oh, whose real name was Jacklyn Smith, died from complications from cosmetic surgery.

The former MTV personality died on May 31.

A BET Media Group spokesperson said in a statement, “We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented Wild ‘N Out family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed.”

“Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the Wild ‘N Out cast throughout five seasons,” the spokesperson continued.

“More importantly, she was a tremendous mother to three beautiful children.”

“The BET Media Group extends our sincere condolences to the Smith family, DC Young Fly, B Simone, Nick Cannon, and all friends who loved and cared for Jacky Oh during this difficult time,” their statement concluded.

“We thank everyone for their well wishes and ask for privacy during this difficult time,” he said.

Jacky Oh left the show to launch her own lip gloss line, J Nova Collection.

The couple had three children together: two daughters, Nova and Nala, and one son, Prince, who was born last year.
