Alissa McCommon, a former elementary school teacher from Tennessee, is facing charges of child rape. She has been rearrested by Covington Police after allegedly messaging the victim of the crime that he will “regret this.”
The arrest is on new charges of coercion of a witness, aggravated stalking, and harassment.
McCommon, 38, was taken into custody at her home. This comes just three weeks after her initial arrest for the alleged rape of a child.

After posting a $25,000 bond, McCommon had been released under the condition that she could not contact the victim or any minors, except her own children.
Police said she violated these terms by using a previously undisclosed phone number to communicate with the boy she is accused of raping.
“The evidence indicates McCommon texted a victim, using a specific code word known to the juvenile as a code word McCommon would previously utilize to confirm that the juvenile was alone, often before sending nude photographs on SnapChat,” Covington Police said.
“McCommon, using the same number, also admitted to a sexual encounter with the victim,” they said.
Covington Police Chief Donna Turner said, “Due to the nature of the communications, we are concerned others may have been contacted.”
“We continue to work closely with the District Attorneys’ Office as to the revocation of McCommon’s bond, as well as the additional charges that continue to develop,” she added.

McCommon admitted to “communicating inappropriately with former students” through social media and online games where she sent them “inappropriate photographs” and asked for “sexual relationships with the victims.”
The victim reported that during an overnight stay at McCommon’s residence when he was 12 years old, he awoke to her sexually assaulting him.
