After the Kansas City Chiefs’ victory over the New York Jets, the official NFL social media accounts wrote, “The chiefs are 2-0 as swifties.”

The professional sports league has been criticized for obsessing over pop star singer Taylor Swift, who appeared at two games to support her rumored boyfriend, Travis Kelce.

“This is not a good look by the NFL,” New York Post’s Jets writer Brian Costello wrote on X.

“This sort of thing fuels the conspiracy theories.”

In the NBC broadcast, Swift appeared about 17 times, and at least two commercials were shown promoting her movie from the Eras Tour.
