Federal data tracking shows that roughly 1 in 6 illegal immigrants are being sent to New York City, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley.
An additional 30% is heading to Chicago, Boston, Miami, and the San Francisco Bay Area.
The next most popular destinations include Atlanta, Denver, Detroit, New Orleans and the District of Columbia.
Texas has bused over 50,000 migrants to sanctuary cities to provide relief to overwhelmed border towns.
These cities experience a fraction of what Texas border communities face daily.

With the exception of Miami, all of these cities have laws or policies in place that exacerbate the problem of “sanctuary cities.”
These Democrat strongholds prevent Immigration and Customs Enforcement from enforcing federal law by denying information about offenders and access to facilities.
Despite a court order against parole, migrants were allowed to travel to these cities.
Among the 2,572 illegal immigrants, 1,290 have not received a charging document for deportation proceedings, and 100 are unaccounted for.
USA Today reported that 2.8 million migrants have already crossed the border this year under Joe Biden’s open border policy.
