At least two real estate sales records were broken following Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy’s purchase of a $42 million nantucket estate.
The home sits on 1.2 acres and is in close proximity to Monomoy, Massachusetts’ beaches.

When asked if he is heading to Nantucket for political reasons, Portnoy responded, saying, “No, I’m not.”
Portnoy said, “I will say that I don’t even consider – it’s insulting to put Martha’s Vineyard in the same sentence as Nantucket”
“It’s a far superior island, and I would never ever contemplate lowering myself to live on the Vineyard,” he added.
