Michael LaRosa, the First Lady’s press secretary, reportedly attempted to bring a date to his room on a secure floor of a hotel where the president was staying during a trip to the NATO Summit in Madrid, Spain.

This behavior allegedly occurred twice during the same trip and contributed to his subsequent resignation.

A Secret Service source confirmed the incidents, expressing concern about potential risks to the First Lady’s safety.

A senior White House staffer said, “He was caught by Secret Service not once, but twice bringing dates to a secure floor, obviously putting the First Lady’s safety at risk because you’re not supposed to bring people in who are not fully vetted.”
