WWE legend Hulk Hogan has expressed dissatisfaction with Ben Affleck and Matt Damon’s plans to produce a film about his life, particularly focusing on his high-profile lawsuit against Gawker Media, which resulted from the release of a sex tape and culminated in a $140 million victory for Hogan.
Although Hogan initially had concerns about the film, he is now reportedly indifferent but ready to take legal action if he feels his privacy rights are violated.
Currently, Hogan is enjoying a positive phase in his life, having recently married and engaged in charitable work, including supporting a homeless shelter in Tampa.
He remains a prominent figure in wrestling, celebrated for his contributions but also criticized for past controversies.
Recently, he received a warm welcome at the Republican National Convention, where he energized the crowd with his signature wrestling persona and support for former President Trump.
“Well, let me tell you something, when I came here tonight, there was so much energy in this room, I felt maybe I was in Madison Square Garden getting ready to win another world title. Or maybe I thought the vibe was so intense, the energy was so crazy, it felt like maybe I was going to press that no-good, stinky giant over my head and slam him through the mat, brother,” Hogan said.
“But what I found out was I was in a room full of real Americans, brother. And at the end of the day, with our leader up there, my hero, that gladiator, we’re going to bring America back together, one real American at a time, to bring America back together, one real American at a time,” he said.
