U.S. military bases across Europe are on heightened alert status following credible intelligence indicating a potential terrorist attack within the next week.
The bases are currently under “Force Protection Charlie,” signaling a serious threat level without being in a complete lockdown.
“There is credible intel pointing to an attack against U.S. bases over the next week or so,” one U.S. defense official stated.
The alert covers U.S. military installations in various European countries, including Germany, Italy, Romania, and Bulgaria, with precautions in place to safeguard personnel and facilities.
