Elon Musk Reveals The Truth Regarding $45 million Monthly Donation to Trump

via E News

Billionaire Elon Musk has refuted reports claiming he is donating $45 million a month to a super PAC supporting former President Trump, stating, “What’s been reported in the media is simply not true.”

Musk acknowledged he is making smaller donations to America PAC, which he co-founded to promote principles like meritocracy and individual freedom, but clarified it is not meant to be hyperpartisan.

“What’s been reported in the media is simply not true,” Musk said. “I am not donating $45 million a month to Trump.”

“I am making some donations to America PAC, but at a much lower level and the key values of the PAC are supporting a meritocracy & individual freedom,” he wrote online. “Republicans are mostly, but not entirely, on the side of merit & freedom.”

Despite previously stating he would not donate to Trump or Biden’s campaigns, Musk has increased his support for Trump, especially following a recent assassination attempt on the former president.

“It’s actually the core principles this America PAC are, the intent is to promote the principles that made America great in the first place,” he said. “I wouldn’t say that I’m, for example, MAGA, or Make America Great Again. I think America is great. I’m more M-A-G, Make America Greater.”

He expressed support for Trump’s values and indicated a desire for a change in administration, while also criticizing the Biden administration on social media.

“I fully endorse President Trump and hope for his rapid recovery,” Musk wrote online.

“One of those values being meritocracy, as much meritocracy as possible, so you get ahead as a function of your skill, and nothing else,” Musk said.

“I think we need a change in administration,” he said.

“About 3 weeks ago, the media told you that Biden was ‘sharp as a tack,'” Musk wrote.

“2 days ago, the poor guy was basically forced at gunpoint to resign as Dem nominee. His staff weren’t even informed. Now they say Kamala is the best thing ever,” he added.

Additionally, Musk donated $100,000 to a GoFundMe for victims of the recent rally shooting where one attendee was killed.
