Pennsylvania Man Faces Federal Voter Fraud Charges

via CBS

A Pennsylvania man, Philip C. Pulley, has been federally indicted for allegedly voting illegally in both Pennsylvania and Florida during the 2020 presidential election and voting twice in Pennsylvania during the 2022 midterm elections.

Pulley is a registered Democrat.

The U.S. attorney’s office announced five charges against the 62-year-old, including violations of federal election law related to false registration and election fraud.

Pulley reportedly registered with a false Philadelphia address while already registered in Montgomery County, PA, and Broward County, FL.

He is accused of voting in both Montgomery County and Broward County in 2020, as well as in both Montgomery County and Philadelphia during the 2022 elections.

If convicted, he faces potential penalties of up to five years in prison for each count, along with fines and supervised release.
