Obama Critiques Trump Amid Biden’s Controversies

Former President Barack Obama recently ridiculed former President Donald Trump, particularly criticizing some of his past statements. “When Donald Trump repeatedly lies or cheats or shows utter disregard for our Constitution, or just insults people, people make excuses for it. They say, ‘He’s not serious.’ Everything a president says is serious,” Obama said.

“One of the most disturbing things about this election, about Trump’s rise in politics — we seem to have set aside the values that so many of us were taught,” Obama added.

However, Obama’s credibility has been questioned due to President Biden’s controversial past remarks and health concerns.

Biden has made numerous statements that raised eyebrows, including comments of regime change regarding Putin and a labeling of Japan as “xenophobic.”

“For God’s sake, this man cannot remain in power,” Biden said of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“Why is China stalling so bad economically? Why is Japan having trouble? Why is Russia?” he questioned in May. “Because they’re xenophobic,” Biden said. “They don’t want immigrants.”

“We’re singing from the same song sheet. She helped pass all the laws. She’s a major player in everything we’ve done,” Biden said.

Critics noted that under Biden’s administration, various crises have emerged, including rising costs and international conflicts.

Meanwhile, polling has indicated that Vice President Kamala Harris is losing support among key voter demographics as Trump has gained traction in battleground states.
