Charlamagne Tha God Rips Biden’s Pardon Decision: ‘Nobody’s Above The Law’

During an episode of “The View,” Whoopi Goldberg and Charlamagne tha God engaged in a heated debate over President Biden’s choice to pardon his son, Hunter Biden. Charlamagne criticized the move as contradictory to the moral high ground Democrats claim, while Goldberg defended Biden, questioning the validity of the criticism.

Charlamagne said, “I think all of the criticism is valid because, you know, Democrats stand on this moral high ground all the time. And, you know, they act so self-righteous.”

Goldberg countered, “Only because you don’t know that it was a lie. We don’t know why he changed his mind.”

Charlamagne asked, “You really think he just changed his mind over Thanksgiving weekend all of a sudden?”

Charlamagne stated, “That’s their fault. They’re the ones that go out there and they stand on this moral high ground. They don’t have to do that.”

Goldberg shot back, “Tell me what the moral high ground is.”

Charlamagne replied, “The moral high ground is nobody’s above the law!”

The conversation exposed the current divide within the Democratic Party, with a recent poll showing Biden’s approval rating at a historic low of 37%.

Alyssa Farah Griffin said, “Joe Biden made a point of saying we stand by our institutions… Democrats ran on that. This same DOJ indicted Hunter Biden.”

Goldberg pushed back, saying, “Can you explain to me why it is that when Joe Biden does something, everybody clutches their pearls?”

Charlamagne argued, “Why can’t you say when Democrats are wrong? And why can’t Republicans say when Republicans are wrong?”

The poll showed that 54% of voters believed the pardon was wrong, and 79% of Republicans opposed it, reflecting significant discontent among voters and raising concerns about Biden’s political future.
